Re: Saturday Night Live
Solid but not great episode with Bill Hader over the weekend. He was one of my favorite sketch players in the past dozen years or so I enjoyed it.
I think they have next two weeks off.

I watched just to see Stefon. Most of the stuff is unwatchable on that show now though. The weekend update guys are funny though. And I chuckle with anything McKinnon is in, but only at her

Re: Saturday Night Live
Yeah, both ripoffs. But they've done Black Jeopardy before, so that one is not a new ripoff. Regardless, this episode was kinda funny

That was probably the best sketch so far this season.Strat wrote:Black Jeopardy was hilarious.
The Nike leggings commercial was good too.

Loved most of Mulaney's stuff, his sense of humor is so mean and great.

Re: Saturday Night Live
I thought it was a good episode too. I think Mulaney was in every sketch other than the opening and did a good job. As mentioned his monologue was a highlight. The lobster sketch went in a direction I certainly didn't see coming. There's no one in the cast that looks like they can still be in high school, including Pete Davidson. Kenan's Weekend Update characters almost always kill.
A couple weeks off before the final stretch of the season.

Re: Saturday Night Live
Amy Schumer hosts next week, no announcement on the 19th finale. My money would be on Melissa McCarthy; if not I would expect she makes a drop by before the end of the season.

I had not seen that, the list I saw still said TBA. I'm good with it.Simple Torture wrote:Finale is Tina Fey.
I more than halfway expect McCarthy to do a stop by this month though. She's popular there and has a summer movie to promote so...
