I am loving how Vegas has changed the way hockey is being played. They've used their speed when they have the puck to create gaps between the opposing teams forwards and defence, allowing for better east/west passing and they have perfected the defensive zone chip out as a transition play. Teams find it very hard to pinch while in the Vegas zone because of this. Gallant deserves coach of the decade, I've never seen a team, top to bottom be so dedicated to playing the same way and sticking to it.philpritchard wrote:The best part is that people were laughing at how badly they screwed up the expansion draft and everyone thought their roster was a joke. That's not how it works. Unless you looked at their roster before the season started and thought "Wow, this team is gonna be awesome" then it's not a problem with the league or the expansion format.
