Fruit. I was going to make a pork roast but we have a lot of fruit about to go bad so it's apples/mango/pears for dinner.

But tomorrow I need a pork roast recipe. I'm thinking of making pulled pork but I've done that a few times now. I need a new recipe.

So someone sent me a recipe for Sweet Chili Braised Country Style Ribs when I asked for a recipe for a pork roast. Uh, ok. But at least it gave me an idea and so I'm going to make Braised Pork in Sweet Soy Sauce instead.

https://www.jocooks.com/main-courses/br ... soy-sauce/

Just need to defrost the roast and cut it into pieces.

It was spinach. And yes. I think about it every time I eat spinach.
