Okay, got into my garage last night because i wasn't feeling a run or yoga. I dont have many weights so i had to improvise a lot. All i have are resistance bands and 30 lb dumbbells.

30 jumping jacks
15 reps of bent over rows right then left
15 burpees with pushups
15 reps bent over rows
20 side hops over my yoga mat and bolster (yay plyometrics)

I kept rolling through those plyometrics in between dumbbells and working triceps press, chest press, curls, shoulders, etc... also did some band work for shoulders and side body.

Finished off with some situps.

Workout lasted about 38 minutes.

I can dig this.

Been to the gym the last four days: two weight workouts, two pilates classes and one spin class. Rest day today but planning a similar routine Thursday-Sunday.

A couple of my friends opened this gym/personal training thing. They are cross fit trained but do not teach cross fit for obvious reasons. Lots of my friends go there and it will be a solid addition to my life.

I've found myself downloading a bunch of apps in the hopes of getting/staying in shape, and for the most part I've found them to be pretty good. I just wish that they could sync up so if you don't do one of them for a few days while you do the others you don't get it alerting you that your a lazy slob

I clicked on the link you put up. You know, this is basically just CrossFit, right?

It's not. They were originally trained in CrossFit but have since left it far behind. They dont agree with their methods on much of anything. They are good friends of mine and the main guy is all about rest/recovery and proper form.

i'd love to go during lunch, that'd be ideal, but there are no gyms around the office :(
i think there are a couple of private gyms, but they are super expensive.

also, my work schedule during the day is insanely volatile. i step out for 10 minutes to heat up my lunch, and i come back to 10 messages asking where i am. fucking ridiculous.

Just finished doing a 30 day core program - I am so glad to see the back of that, although it seem to produce results.

Might go back to once the bad memories have faded. Now to finish off the pull-up program - 45 yesterday, 49 tomorrow, then a break and from there I'm not sure, but I know it'll be hell
