All the stats the Garmin spits out are pretty cool, assuming they're worth a shit. Cadence, HR, Training Effect, etc.

Retired the Boston 6s this morning with ~650 miles.

Could have put another 200 miles on them, but I'm actually gonna wear them as my casual shoes for awhile.

Gonna run in my Takumi-Sens until I get another pair of Bostons.

I just recently switched out mine. My guess is I had at least 500 on them. I'm now in the colorway that you just retired.

Anyone interested in starting a streak?

I need some motivation to get through summer.

I'd love to do a streak someday but right now I need my two rest days. Unless walking/biking would count.

I got a higdon one printed out. I actually plan on asking you a lot of questions about your first time so hopefully you check your pms.

For sure, ask away. I used Higdon's Intermediate 1, but kinda wish I had done Int. 2 (similar or same MPW but more speed workouts).

I'm getting up extra early tomorrow on a goddamn holiday weekend to get 14 in before the real heat kicks in.
