All the stats the Garmin spits out are pretty cool, assuming they're worth a shit. Cadence, HR, Training Effect, etc.

Re: The Running Thread
Bought my first pair of trail shoes, Brooks ASR. Basically the trail version of my road shoes. Probably won't be able to do any regular trail running until July or August, but they were 30% off on Jack Rabbit, so...

Re: The Running Thread
Retired the Boston 6s this morning with ~650 miles.
Could have put another 200 miles on them, but I'm actually gonna wear them as my casual shoes for awhile.
Gonna run in my Takumi-Sens until I get another pair of Bostons.

I just recently switched out mine. My guess is I had at least 500 on them. I'm now in the colorway that you just retired.

I'd love to do a streak someday but right now I need my two rest days. Unless walking/biking would count.

For sure, ask away. I used Higdon's Intermediate 1, but kinda wish I had done Int. 2 (similar or same MPW but more speed workouts).verb_to_trust wrote:I got a higdon one printed out.
