Friend of mine at work just surprised me with a Heady and a Double Galaxy. She apparently went to VT last weekend and brought me in one of each in a cooler. Have had Heady several times, but never the Double Galaxy. Helluva way to start the long weekend.

It's a Sonoran hot dog.

An all-beef dog with pinto beans, bacon, tomatoes, cheese usually served with a roasted pepper on top.

Sometimes the dog is also wrapped in bacon.

Mijo TIPA. Not a great batch this time around. Overly syrupy and sweet on the finish like many triples tend to be.

Last batch had a nice crisp and clean finish. :/
