Didn’t we call her Bean Girl? (which my post was alluding to) There surely were some big stories on how she did her parking lot business.

I like Riot Act just fine but I've never much enjoyed this DVD either.

I don't really like any of their DVDs. I found TB2000 a bit of a yawn, Garden is okay and I can't remember watching SBox or IiC.

I lent TB2000 to a friend before the 2003 tour (he considered going) and he thought they weren't a very good live band. Crazy talk when you've seen them but on the evidence of that DVD I had to agree. I should revisit it.

Yeah, I find live performance DVDs kind of dull generally.

I much prefer documentaries that contain live material in some kind of context - I really enjoy both Immagine in Cornice and Vote for Change?

I'll give Immagine another watch soon. Now if they had a live version on DVD of Acoustic #1, that would be something else.

If they ever release the 95 video it would probably be thier best one. The 2000 ones are great n all but they'd mellowed out a lot, and in terms of performances to watch you can't beat some 90's pj insanity. Plus eddies 03 hair made him look like more of an asshole, I don't know how.

I hope they do some sorta 'from the basement' crowdless performance for LB, that'd be cool.

Immagine is nicely shot and all, but the tracklist sucks. It's just Ten and Avocado.

Yeah, IiC really suffers from setlist. I do like it for what it is.

I can't see how someone wouldn't enjoy TB2K.

Never cared for the Italy one. I mean, it's pretty but it's slick. By the time I see those european doucherockets singing Porch I usually punch out. And if I make it past that, the clips of Ed waxing intellectual from his private tour bus annoys really annoys me. But the bonus clip of A Quick One with MMJ is great.

The MMJ song is the only thing I ever watch from this. I used to crave more behind the scenes stuff and talks with the band, but between this and PJ20 they seem pretty dull. Too normal and well adjusted for me (except for Ed maybe). I'll stick with the mystery from now on.

TB is great though.

no.

but this is my favorite DVD

all the other DVDs are inundated with talk & stuff, or the switching of shows/mood/clothes/temperature/etc.

Live at MSG is the only " this. is a pearl jam concert." video

I've never purchased/watched the Italy DVD because the song selection is shit and it looks pretentious as fuck.

Immagine is my second favorite PJ video behind SVT. I think the camera work is really nice. Ed playing Immortality in the empty stadium makes the vid for me.
MSG is the only one I don't have. My roommate had it and I have Showbox . We both preferred Showbox.

showbox is a good one, pretty good performance and a good selection of songs for what was a warm up show right?
