I've been saying this about GSW ever since they won their first title and people were jumping off bridges, fearing no one would win another anytime soon. The only legit recent dynasties are the Bulls, then Spurs. GSW are far, far away from that.

I would give GSW dynasty cred without Durant. But his signing there was just so fucking weak.

So a dynasty team can't make their team better by signing a guy when they have cap room?
