Im still shocked with Hereditary.
Ill go again maybe this sunday, but i need to see it again properly in a movie theatre.
Toni Collette delivers such a good performance, so powerful and visceral...the whole cast is great. The sound design is marvelous. The score is menacing on its own.

I was thinking on how well the subject of the burden of a family´s illness is shown. If you take out the last part with the devil and stuff its almost a movie about a family losing their fight with depression, about a mother fighting his childhood memories, his abusing mother, his depressed father and now his deceased daughter. Pretty powerful stuff.

Yeah i dont know about that. The guy who directed has shown a lot of love for some classics.
I get that you hate it because it has the A24 logo before, but damn if its not an impressive well crafted movie.
