its great, but not better than Ed Harris
His character is good but he'll come down a peg when we all find out he's a host.
This is in some ways obviously true but also if becomes a big reveal then I'm out.
We watched Succession last night and demoted Westworld to leftovers territory. So far, great choice.
I'm like 3 or 4 behind, but if he's a host as well... that's just terrible storytelling.
I'm being a little hyperbolic but the big idea they're playing with this season is immortality via digital consciousness, which totally fits that character's motivation (and they're hinting at it through flashbacks). It's absolutely garbage storytelling to pull the same reveal twice in two seasons, but, well, a lot of this season has been pretty bad storytelling...

Theory of the week is that Hale is Arnold's daughter and that in Bernard's memory it was changed to a boy (Charlotte = Charlie). Setting up a showdown where Bernardold has to choose between his flesh-and-blood daughter and his robot daughter (Dolores).

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

S2 was such a let down, especially the last few episodes and finale. I completely lost interest in this show which is a shame because S1 was pretty good.
I want to be a warm and friendly person
But I don't know how to do it
Before I see the S2 finale and go back and read this thread... if Ed Harris does turn out to be a robot how are they gonna explain stubble growth? If I’m not mistaken the length of every other robot’s hair is fixed.
