Steve Albini wrote:Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Waaay too young. The saddest part here is he never made peace with Phil. I was lucky enough to see Panthers once. What an insane collection of talent.

I never knew he and Dimebag were brothers.

(I had heard of and was aware of Pantera, but I never listened to them.)

I just saw that one, can't believe I missed it. I remember being fascinated by a story on her in National Geographic when I was a kid.

He was on a show called Sci-Fi Buzz that I used to watch pretty religiously in the 90s. He was perpetually cranky and always hilarious.
