I think that's one of the easier ones.

Just beat the 8th. In the mist, very easy. The one at the top of the volcano was easy too. Onto the Queen!

Her jump up, disappear, and then drop down attack can go to hell. Glad you murdered her.

It was cool that she had all of the moves from the other Valkyries. It gave me a lot to think about. Tough, but fair. Was this the toughest opponent in the game? I still haven't beat the main story or the voids in the mist.

I thought it was the toughest in the game, yes.

I focused primarily on the main story and finished it last weekend, now I'm exploring and trying to complete all the side quests and foes. There really is a lot of extra shit to do in this game, which is great as I was worried I wouldn't have much left to do after the story. Quite the contrary. This game is worth its money in spades

I beat the game. The final boss was so easy compared to the Valkaries. I am only missing 3 trophies. 2 Are for armor sets that I don't know anything about. The other is for the mist. The mist is so unfun. It's really the lone sour spot. This was, by far, the best game in the franchise. Kratos was a much more likable character that was infinitely better written. Previous games seemed to focus on making sure you know Kratos was a badass at all times. I found it eye rolling.

This is the early front runner for 2018 goty.

Nice. Glad you enjoyed it. I'm waiting for the new game plus mode to be released to get back at it.

I'm mostly through a second play through

I played about half on second from hardest difficulty

then it got too hard and killing emenies felt like a slog

and

i don't know if you're rewarded extra at all for doing it

so

i switched back to second from easiest and i'ts more funner

hey

what's the plus mode gonna be like. Huh?

Details haven't been confirmed, but my guess is all of your gear/upgrades will carry over to a new playthrough and enemies will be a bit tougher.

Where do you guys suggest I go first, the fire world or maze?? Which is easier n allows me to build myself up for the other?? Or is there somewhere I should go even before them??

The maze isn't too bad. I would recommend that first. Do you have the blades and the axe upgraded fully?

The maze was the worst part of the game.

It's easier than the fire/challenge realm for upgrading though.

Why do you say that? You get an item after each challenge on the volcano. All you get from the chests in the maze are those orbs and it takes many trips into the maze in order to open a locked chest.
