I'm think I'm going to get reamed mainly because I haven't made a listenable version of my playlist.

I would make one, but you know...

I'll make one for you real quick. Any particular version of a song you'd prefer?

That's pretty generous of you, man. Thanks a heap. Just the normal studio versions are fine.

 :nice: :D

Eh, mine is on soundcloud, which tracks plays per day, so I can tell you most people are either not listening to the playlists or just making them on their own anyways, so I wouldn't worry.

Uploading now.

I didn't have some of the studio tracks, so I had to download them from Gremmie. Their rip of "Santa Cruz" is not the best quality, but it works for this purpose.

Not a problem. Here's your mix:

It plays really nicely.

That's awesome. Would stip or another mod be able to add the link to the main post? Thanks.

I took a few liberties with the editing. Not the sequencing, of course.

Nice work man, I've always loved the transition from Lukin to NFY when they play them live.

What I thought was really great about your "Foldback"--> "Around the Bend" progression is that "Foldback" ends in the same note as "Around the Bends" begins. I thought that was great, and I didn't really hear it in my head until I put them together. This is why I encourage people to listen to the playlists, no matter how much you think you already know the songs. Sequencing matters.

Spot on, man. I first imagined a list in my head based on my memory of each song. But when I sat down and loaded them all up as youtube clips in different windows, and played and juggled them around, my list changed completely.

Your extra touches with the sequencing have really added to the flow. You're a scholar and a gentleman, my friend. If I manage to do well in this tournament, I'll be sure to share the glory with you.

All credit goes to Crackpot who put together a cool playlist. I just stacked the tracks on top of each other.
