"It's Been Awhile" is the most pathetic sadsack loser self-pity song ever written. I also really fucking hate that they spelled it "Awhile" instead of "a While". WTF is "Awhile"????????

That Default is dull AF

These are both bad. I guess I'll vote for IBA since it's so iconic and it's become a punchline I say lot because of U Talkin' U2 2 Me?

If you'd asked me if I'd ever heard the Default song -- called it and the band by name -- I'd have told you no. But as soon as I heard it it all came rushing back to me. I wonder how many other songs I've heard 100 times but completely discarded from memory.

Easy vote over Staind. "It's Been Awhile" is embarrassing.

I used to rather enjoy this Default song, though listening to it now, I can't really figure out why. It's pretty generic, and not especially catchy or melodic. The singer somehow looks older in this video than he did in the one for "Deny." Maybe it's just the camera work.

"It's Been Awhile" is way overplayed, but I can see why it's so popular. There's some memorable bits, and it probably goes over well with people who have been through some bad breakups.

I guess I'm going to go with Staind, but I don't have a strong preference.
