i came across a tiny peach tree once with a huge single ripe peach on it while jogging through the woods

was so out of place

someone must have throw out a peach pit and some point and it took root

was very striking

and beautiful

the tree itself was only like 4-5 feet tall

i was wondering if it was taped on

i left it there, i dare not pick it

peaches showed up at Whole Foods over the weekend and I bought 3..I had one this morning and it was pure sh*t..I tried a bite of the other 2 and the same thing..I know its early but they were really bad...the white nectarines were ok though

Peaches work well in a salsa. I bet they'd be good in a ceviche too with some habanero.
