Tonight, I’m gonna smoke a rack of ribs, fry some okra and have some canned green beans from Mrs Wease’s grandmother.

About 15 more minutes then they’ll get wrapped in foil with butter and a small bit of honey and get cooked for about 30 more minutes.

ended up doing shrimp and sausage with peppers onions and broccoli cooked with some sesame oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, butter, and bravado pineapple habanero sauce

it's pretty good
