Just saw that. Not a bad gamble by the Bulls. They have the space this year.verb_to_trust wrote:second year is a team option, so you can go ahead and suck gars dick

Jabari to the Bulls is a bit of a relief to me. I'm sure I'm in the minority but I'm more afraid of the Bucks than the Sixers and if Parker ever got healthy and rounded back into form they'd have been dangerous.

Odd trade for Toronto unless they just wanted out of DeRozen's contract. S.A. should win a bunch of regular season games.

I mean they probably weren't going to beat the Celtics so at least they're trying something. But this could be a lot to give up for a one year rental.bada wrote:Odd trade for Toronto unless they just wanted out of DeRozen's contract. S.A. should win a bunch of regular season games.

I like the gamble. The status quo wasn't getting them anywhere in the playoffs.4/5 wrote:I mean they probably weren't going to beat the Celtics so at least they're trying something. Or Siakam. They really didn't give up that much.verb_to_trust wrote:I can't believe the Raptors didn't have to give up OG

They didn't. On the other hand, the Spurs were able to get an all-star back so that's not too bad considered their lack of leverage.Monkey_Driven wrote:Or Siakam. They really didn't give up that much.verb_to_trust wrote:I can't believe the Raptors didn't have to give up OG

Yeah, the Spurs are definitely going even more old school with their lineups. Have to respect that.4/5 wrote:They didn't. What's the chance of Leonard actually resigning with the Raptors?
5%, 10%?

I'd say 15 percent. He hasn't said anything, only his "people".Electromatic wrote:What's the chance of Leonard actually resigning with the Raptors?

Re: NBA Thread
If PG resigned in OKC there is a chance I guess but Toronto also lacks a Russell Westbrook type personality to son Kawhi into staying.

A lot can happen in a year. Kudos to the Lakers for holding tight and not giving up all their young players.verb_to_trust wrote:If PG resigned in OKC there is a chance I guess but Toronto also lacks a Russell Westbrook type personality to son Kawhi into staying.
