I legit like all these songs and they’d all fit the criteria.

EVE 6

Rescue
Promise
On the Roof Again
Amphetamines
Here’s to the Night

The opening run on this album fucking wails.

I like them but I think they came around a bit too late

"Still Into You" by Paramore is a guilty pleasure of mine. Insanely catchy song.

They have a lot of catchy tunes. That's What You Get is a perfect ear worm. If they don't fit the tourney rules though that's cool. I'm not prepared to fight for Paramore. :D

No need to feel guilty. They have a bunch of good songs.

This will be eye-opening since I'm not familiar with the genre. To throw a little Canadia suggestion out there, does Alexisonfire fit the criteria? And if yes, did they have a hit?

Listening to those Rentals and Moth songs and realizing they aren't as good as I remembered.

I don't really feel guilty, it's just something people say, y'know?

The only other Paramore song I know is "The Only Exception," which is a pretty song with some extremely cringey lyrics that are unfortunately front-and-center.

That's what I said when I heard "The Adventure" at age 14 and I'm not changing my mind now, fuck that band.
That’s not the point, jams. They have songs that could qualify.
Just outside of our date range. Let's keep it to 2005
Fallout Boy's Sugar, We're Going Down came out in 2006 and it should absolutely be included.

Eve 6 doesn't seem pop-punky at all to me. "Inside Out" is just a run-of-the-mill late '90's alt-rock song, like "Closing Time" or "Flagpole Sitta."
