I just googled Star Wars Episode IX, and that was the first news article that showed up. Still a fun article.

Oh sure. I love speculation. It's all good fun. I just really dislike that website and they way they've intentionally run bad articles just to get a reaction and to stir shit. And I want people who are unfamiliar with the site to be aware. That's all.

But, yeah, as long as we look at it for what it is, just fun speculation, and a conversation started with no actual validity or truth, I can dig it.

Nah she’s dead. Unless!!! She’s never shown but spoken of as reestablishing the republic in a different part of the galaxy and she’s handed command of the military arm of the republic (the resistance) over to Poe. And Lando.

People are gonna be furious. No matter what.

Writing her out in the crawl is the most obvious option. Her death galvanises resistance against the first order all over the galaxy.


There’ll still be people complaining but that’s the least bad option.
