'sleeping by myself' bothers me. i mean they don't have another song they can stick on there instead? how is that possible?

it just adds to the pile of proof that these guys just aren't that into PJ anymore.

There's no fucking way where's the sponge is real though. And we're outta here sounds like version 65 of the MFC, can't keep, rearview mirror, gone variety. And Tame and sane? C'mon. C'mooooonnn.

Also Undertow is a reccuring feature of Lecherouslittleblah's tracklists. If any of his songs are right its gonna be Punch and Judy.

They do have better songs. They'll leak in 6-8 years. It'll be awesome.

I've come up with a dozen reasons why this is fake. And each one of those reasons has a presidence that refutes it. So, who fucking knows. I'm just not gonna bite until I see it from an official source. Either it's real or it isn't. I'm inclined to call shenanigans, but either way it doesn't get the album in my hands any faster.

I'm glad you're making that connection. While I also don't buy this list, your observation makes it easier to swallow if it's real. Because I keep going to a baseball reference. Which makes me want to vomit all over my favorite shirt while punching my mother.

"We're Outta Here" is also the name of the live Ramones album where Ed sings a song with them.

I'm excited about 'Sleeping By Myself'. I've got a feeling it'll be good. (There's no way I could've written that without it sounding suggestive.)

So if that's a PJ song, we've probably got reason to worry.

That's one of the things that I came up with that refutes one of my points that I didn't post because it had something to refute it that I talked about earlier in this thread.

maybe there's hope for it. after all, they did take an existing ukulele song and turn it into something interesting once before.

yet bob was no where to be found then.

Lmao. Good thing I know nothing about baseball then.

It makes if more likely to be real if im honest, why wouldn't ed write the zillionth version of that song, that's never stopped him before. Only this time he's gonna take his wife and kids with him, and instead of 'getting the fuck out of a bad situation', it's gonna be about going to the beach.

Fuck it's real isn't it.

Oooorr someone picked something vaguely ed/ramones related because they're lazy. As in the fake tracklist maker, not the band lol.

Betterman has already been mentioned as a rehash that worked pretty well. I'm also in the minority that likes Gone. I don't really see how they could fuck up SBM, to be honest. And I liked SOS. So whatever, I'm intrigued.

That's the most annoying thing about BO'B, by the sounds of it. I find it kind of unfathomable that the band would allow his input on the actual writing of the songs. I just don't get it. His 'That's what young people do' comment... I mean, allowing the sound technician to fuck around with your arrangements with a view to commercialisation. THAT's what young people do.

Yeah, of all the things to be upset/worried/disillusioned about, SBM is way low on my list. I'm excited to hear a full band version of it (if it's on the album).

Maybe I'm crazy, but didn't a lot of critics of Uke Songs say they wanted to hear all of them as full band songs back when that album dropped? Careful what you wish for, I guess...

Plenty of them might work as PJ songs. I don't know. But I just find it funny that people would complain about PJ making songs out of a bunch of what Ed probably thought of as sketches written at home anyway, that he was talked into releasing.
