Re: The Running Thread
There's no showdown. R2D insulted my penis size and then removed me from the group, so no one could see my link to the alternative group. I think he might have been projecting with the tiny penis stuff but I don't really care.

Re: The Running Thread
But what if I told you that it was Rob who removed you?

Re: The Running Thread
Dev, in all honesty I meant to remove your message, but not you from the group.
If you were punted from the group (and didn't just leave yourself), please send a request to rejoin the group and I'll add you. I can't send you an invite because you never accepted my request to follow you.

It seems pretty obvious.Dev wrote:why did you need to remove my message?run2death wrote:Dev, in all honesty I meant to remove your message, but not you from the group.

Why is there a need for two competing RM groups when there are really only 7 actual RM runners and only 5 of those post runs on a fairly regular basis?
Also, you refused to accept anyone's friend request, so your mileage wasn't actually showing on the leaderboard anyway.

I did not realize that. I didn't know I had friend requests either.run2death wrote:It seems pretty obvious.Dev wrote:why did you need to remove my message?run2death wrote:Dev, in all honesty I meant to remove your message, but not you from the group.

And the reason for the second group has been explaine ad nauseum. I wanted the leaderboard to include RMers only.
Also I could see the leaderboard and everyone on it including myself... If none of them are my friends why can I see them?

Thanks! So far I'm getting by with a handheld full of Powerade. For the 19 miler coming up I might experiment with some tailwind.run2death wrote:Nice work tonight, verb!

Re: The Running Thread
sorry verb. r2d overpoliced the group. i just tried to start a new group but I want to leave the former group intact too. apparently that was too much for r2d and his tiny penis.

Re: The Running Thread
The very minor annoyance of having a couple of randos in the group is nothing compared to the enjoyment and encouragement I've gotten from it. OG RM Strava Group 4 Lyfe. The more the merrier.
In running news, I did my long run in the wrong shorts yesterday and now my "lining seam area" looks like someone took a cheese grater to it. Walking gingerly today.

I miss running with all of you, but the RM kudos I receive on my newfound bicycling logs have sustained me.

Peeps, will you be able to run that lunchtime work route in the winter?
