Is there a comeback but with Peter Griffin playing center? Or.... you know the actual puppy bowl... or if it were played by bunnies?

Late night admission:
Even now sometimes 28-3 pops in my head and I feel like sad Charlie Brown again. By time it was 28-12 every single fan in this God forsaken sports city did the math knew what was going to happen and it did. Still, they had it. They fucking had it.
Not even a calendar year went by before the Georgia Bulldogs blew a fourth quarter lead in the title game to an established dynasty only to lose it in overtime. But that felt like a bad loss to Florida or Auburn. But the Super Bowl, to this franchise...still hurts.

The source of that post was during a story about Julio Jones agreeing to report they showed that incredible catch that put Atlanta in position for an easy field goal that would have ended the game. Instead of burning clock to run up the middle three times there was a sack and holding penalty that knocked them out of range.

How are you the only asshole in the league who still used a fullback and you still can't get out of your own fucking way.

Somewhere, (likely Foxborough, MA) James Develin is crying.

For all the crap he gets for other WR picks, Malcolm Mitchell was really solid that season. Shame he got hurt.

Also, that ATL D was so gassed.

Still hurts; I haven’t cared as much as about sports in general since.
