I don't give a good tin shit about clips for next week. I already know I'm watching next week. I don't need clips. But yeah that's bullshit. I've already stopped watching so...Harry Lime wrote:And AMC makeing us wait 30 mins now to see clips for next week. I keep rewatching that last scene. Dean Norris did a really great job at the end there.

It's almost too bad Cranston directed. I think that's the first time I've seen Dean get him.

Yup. I am avoiding all previews to keep the whole thing a surprise.
As for the episode, this was pretty great. Loved the opening. Loved Jesse giving back to the customers. And agree with everyone here the ending was great. The only thing I didn't like as much was the scene with Walt returning the money to Jesse. It felt a little rehashed since we have seen weeping remorseful Jesse several times before.

I don't think Jesse was ever cut out for the drug-kingpin game. He's basically completely broken mentally at this point.broken iris wrote:durdencommatyler wrote: I don't give a good tin shit about clips for next week. I already know I'm watching next week. I don't need clips.

I am not a huge Hank fan generally, but I agree. By far his best scene in the series. I would even make the case that *gasp* Skyler discovering and approaching Lydia was very good and probably her best scene.

I have a feeling that scene was to build towards a Jesse/Walt final confrontation. Jesse has clearly lost it and with Walt completely straight faced about what happened with Mike.....tommymctom wrote:I don't think Jesse was ever cut out for the drug-kingpin game. I think the speculation about Jesse being the one to end Walts life may be correct. As much as I'd like to see Walt walk off into the sunset, this cant end well.

Really? At this point I hate Walt and want nothing but a bad end for him. My only hope is that Jesse and Hank survive, but I'm not optimistic.Strat wrote: As much as I'd like to see Walt walk off into the sunset, this cant end well.

Re: TV: Breaking Bad
Real Talk: I've never "liked" Walter White. But I used to feel something for him. He was spineless and pathetic and prideful. But I could relate to him and his struggle to find something better for his family. But I never liked the guy.
