I kind of take issue with the classification of guys like Post Malone and Lil' Peep as rappers. Their music carries some of the elements of hip-hop but their vocal delivery is always perfectly (so to speak) pitched -- to me this is kind of the semantic line between "rapping" and "singing." Help me understand.
