Yeah and I want to include more ska if possible (turns out there were only a handful of ska hits in the 90s) but "What I Got" doesn't really sound like a ska song, either

Of course, I'm just saying, there's enough Blink and Green Day songs in there that we could knock out one of each to make room if people reeeeally want "All I Got" and "Stacy's Mom" in there. But I don't want to!

Something from Alkaline Trio is a must. Either Time to Waste or All On Black as they would be the most known.

Or My Little Needle

Other suggestions:

The living end - prisoner of society
The movie life - Jamestown
The suicide machines - no face
Buck-o-nine - my town (probably too obscure but has the ska flavor)
Say Anything - alive with the glory of love
The smoking popes - need you around
Thursday - understanding in a car crash
Sunny day real estate - in circles
Jawbreaker - boxcar

If we're letting in The Living End, we need to also include Grinspoon. It's a slippery slope.

Too small and local, we're aiming for as wide recognizability as possible

Is Millencolin in this?

Their most famous song (thanks to the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater):

Another excellent song from the same album, which gained some traction:
