Re: 2018-08-13: Missoula, Montana
This will be a rambling post im sure but...
Setlist wise this show will be no where near my top 10 (even though Fatal was AMAZING) and i hate the feeling that i will be very jealous of the next 4 shows, but the overall experience of this show was perfect. The meet up before the show was great, im not much of a talker so it was mostly shaking hands and sitting back listening, but everyone was super nice and its great putting a face to the people that ive talked with off and on through the years, and i was really happy to get to meet strat since i missed the chance at either Lincoln or Memphis 14 because i was worried Chloe and i would lose our spot on the floor( which im pretty sure we wouldnt have). Once the show started the band was on fire, they all sounded great, and Stone was going nuts!! I dont think a single song sounded bad and getting to be around everyone i had gotten to meet earlier in the night, and even though it was the 3rd show we have been to together being the first time we have actually gotten to be in the crowd with Ruddo was all such a cool experience. I enjoy every moment of a PJ show and its obvious everyone else does too. Thanks to everyone for helping to make #21 another special one.

I am pretty sure at the '16 Fenway shows he was using a monitor/notebook with the lyrics for nearly every song. Not very rock and roll, but at least he got the words right.Bi_3 wrote:Ed: “Like Pilate”theplatypus wrote:Big LOL at the part where Ed forgets the lyrics and decides to just go "HOAAAAAAAOHHHHH"E.H. "Like Pilate I have a dog" is probably the stupidest Pearl Jam chorus. Hopefully they got the song out of their system.
