Yeah that song didn't really age as finely as their prior material. It's still better than most of Mezmerize though, and Hypnotize is entirely forgetful minus a few songs (Tentative and The Holy Mountain are pretty good)

Deftones' discography as a whole destroys System of a Down's though IMO.

This is definitely a worth finale. Either song could win and it would be no bad thing, as they both are among the best that this genre has to offer. I'm tilting for "Minerva" since I feel a closer relationship to it than to "Chop Suey!".

Hats off and thank you to Jordan for running this tournament. It's been painful, but it's also been pretty fun.

Am I the only person shocked that a nu metal tournament would end with two final songs that don’t have swearing in them? These bands loved yelling fuck all the time.
