Is this 100% confirmed? It's been my hope since they announced this as an "anthology show" but I haven't seen any concrete confirmation.
I was just going off this from the link I posted above
The second season of the drama will also be set in Castle Rock, but will feature a new narrative and cast.

Finished it.
So,
Spoiler: show am I correct in thinking Ruth doesn’t actually have dementia so much as she keeps flashing back and forth thru her own life in her mind? Also, why did she scatter the chess pieces in all the different places? You may or may not be correct in your guess, Joe, but Ruth sure seems to think it’s him.
We were scared to death it was her grandson there at the end. Glad it wasn’t.

Now the idea is in my head that
Spoiler: show the Kid may be the real Henry and Henry, the Kid. Like some sort of mind switch or something. Especially after seeing that drawing and the sweater. And now, Molly’s dead? But not?
What a ride. And only two more episodes.

I know! It's nuts that we only have two more. There is so much to unpack in that last episode. And I love that it feels like they revealed A TON but I still don't know that I grasp what's going on, so there's still more to reveal and tie-up.

Spoiler: show My impression is that she does have dementia but I think either way works.
She was putting them in different places because she never knew where she would be when she "lost time." She put pieces in places where it happened before in case it happened again. If it did, she could get back. That's my take, at least.

For all intents and purposes. I have literally seven pages left. And then King's little letter to the audience that he always includes.

I’d probably agree with that. Having not really read anything new by him in the last 15 years.
