Re: 2018 NFL Season
i envision MN underwhelming. Their D is prob still solid but their offensive coaching staff has changed and they have a new QB, and they over-achieved last year. I think expectations there are very high and that tends to just lead to disappointment.
NFL rosters need to expand, there are too many injuries and lack of depth is to blame for mediocre play

I think New England & Pittsburgh are the top two in the AFC. Jacksonville may be third and then KC? LA?
NFC is wide open with several really good teams. I don't even know where to begin ranking them.

I think Chubb will be a difference maker opposite Von Miller.--- wrote:denver? detroit over minnesota? lolelliseamos wrote:My early guess at playoff teams:

So, in the AFC I'm thinking the only other options could be JAX (who I think will implode) and BAL (who will get Flacco'd yet again).
In the NFC, I don't think highly of Kirk Cousins, Cam Newton, or the supporting cast around Russell Wilson.

They best be changing this new idiotic tackling rule:

Before the start of the regular season, the NFL will send coaches, players and officials an updated teaching video that demonstrates how the new helmet rule should be applied, Chris Mortensen of ESPN.com reports.
According to Mortensen, there have been daily conversations about how the rule has been called during the preseason, and there will be a conference call Wednesday in which the new rule is expected to be a major talking point.

new GM in place, who actually uses free agency to bring in proven talent. jimmy graham, muhammad wilkerson, davon house, tramon williams were all signed this offseason, equalling the immediate impact free agent total of the last ten offseasons.E.H. Not to mention Pettine is a great DC, their two rookie CBs look like total studs, and they have two 1st rounders next year. They've set themselves up well for the latter part of Rodgers' career.

Now if they would just fire Mike McCarthy.
