i know it doesnt look pretty but i changed up my lunch

steak tips, garlic red potatoes, steamed broccoli, diced tomato with a few sprinkles of mozzarella cheese and a few squirts of taco bell chipolte sauce

Sushi is something I wish I could get some skills with. We’ve amazing seafood here and I don’t take advantage of it at all.

Sushi is something I wish I could get some skills with. We’ve amazing seafood here and I don’t take advantage of it at all.

It would be pretty bad ass to learn to make your own sushi.

I have a pal who makes his own at home and has all the know how (and gear for it) and he makes easily the best I’ve ever had.
He always insists there’s nothing to it except it’s kind of expensive if you’re doing it for having people over or whatever (I’m just realising right now what he was really saying here haha)
But I think you gotta have a certain knack to do it right no?

I roll my own on occasion. It isn't hard to do basic rolls, and you can buy kits at whole foods, world market, etc. But for the proper ingredients and efficiency, it is way cheaper to just go to a restaurant.

LV strikes me as a fatty brisket, flank and sometimes eye round pho slurper, but I wouldn't be surprised if he experimented with tendon and tripe in college and liked it.
