A Blink 182 single that wasn’t overplayed to death by everyone in my junior high school? I didn’t know those existed.

I like this version of No Doubt. Tuneful, energetic, kind of bratty, and not slicked-up like their later stuff. The guitar line in the chorus sounds like the main riff in Bad Religion's "Stranger Than Fiction".
The Blink 182 song is just okay. The drummer does a great job on it. But I'm going with No Doubt.

Tragic Kingdom was a big album to young me. I haven’t heard any of those songs in ages.

No Doubt had some decent songs off this record even if the edgy teenage punk version of me wasn't willing to admit it at the time. Vote for Spiderwebs

Re: Spiderwebs vs. Not Now
That reminds me of the time I saw No Doubt. They were touring with Blink-182 and Phantom Planet and at the time I was on my third copy of the Phantom Planet album The Guest because I kept giving it away to people because I really liked it. Their newest was out and I took a copy of it to the show just in case. They played a great set and announced that they would be setting up a table while No Doubt setup. I ran over there and got in line and talked to the guys while they signed my album. In particular I praised the drummer for being so awesome. It was embarrassing, frankly. You see, their drummer was one Jason Schwartzman of the "I Heart Huckabees" and "Rushmore" fame. What I didn't know was that he wasn't touring with them because he was filming the aforementioned "I Heart Huckabees". Luckily I didn't call him Jason, that would have been really weird.
Oh yeah: the copy of the album that I brought was a double disc with the S/T on one and The Guest on the other. I asked them to sign The Guest since I liked it so much. They were like are you sure? and I confirmed it. So they signed the disc. I can't find a version of it online to show so I'll take a picture when I get home. It wasn't my best day, I gotta admit.
Also I cannot for the life of me remember seeing Blink-182 at that show.
