Not that there's anything wrong with that.elliseamos wrote:uh... well me and the other boys did get drilled alot.Varis wrote:Oh, nothing really. Its just the idea of "camps" for whatever is very very American, and I'd say almost peculiar to you as a nation. What the fuck is band camp anyways??elliseamos wrote:i don't see what's funny.Varis wrote:Heh. America.elliseamos wrote:...which is when I'd go to goalie camp...

I’m down to one team (Husky football) that I make it a point to watch games live and in their entirety. Even then I went to bed at halftime last week.

My #1 team across all sports is the Braves. I buy Extra Innings to watch all the games to watch most games. I don't revolve my life around the regular season - there's too many games. The playoffs, however, are another story. I try to watch all the games live. I take half days from work for all 1:00 playoff starts. I went to the World Series this year. I do want to visit all stadiums and I would prefer to see the Braves. I do buy Braves clothes and merch.
I enjoy College Football on Saturday afternoons and NFL on Sunday afternoons. I don't like the prime time games as much. I haven't gone to games in person in about a decade. I might never go again.
March Madness is wonderful. I take the first Thursday and Friday off of work every single year. The most fun days of sports of the year. I haven't been to a game in about 15 years. I might never go again.

Im a big soccer fan. I have my phases were i dont watch it anymore because it gets just too much. But these days, im all in for my team, River Plate.
Also the NBA in 1996-98 was a must for me. After those years i lost my attention.

Must be nice to have a competitive baseball team, Tom!
