I nearly did that with MYM and the Young Ones Motorhead scene.

Instead I just wept.

I thought of the same montage while listening to the soundcheck song which is probably Sirens. It's a moot point really; the standard reason not to like a rock song is always "because it goes with a Rocky montage".

In later years, whenever he was asked why he had placed those videos in the Lightning Bolt thread instead of the then-prominently displayed Fixer thread, McParadigm would always shrug, stare down into his coffee cup, and quietly change the subject.
