Just because you are a current popular actor doesn't mean you get to say "I want to be in Star Wars" and it happens. Fuck you kid, earn that shit.

We live in an age where a narcissistic rapist failed property developer gets to be president.

What’s wrong with having big dreams of a cunt like trump can have his come true?

This kids adorable and I’d love him to be in Star Wars.

weird rumor I saw
Spoiler: show
Apparently in IX, the resistance will be made up of Hutts, Maz Kanata pirates, a Lando group and I guess other tiny factions.

Not altogether unreasonable.
Lando is running a droid manufacturing facility that we know.
The huts probably would want the first order taken down.
Pirates could be crimson dawn or that other crowd I can’t recall their names.

I like this theory

Sounds kinda like Pirates of the Caribbean (3rd one?) where the pirates all join forces against the British. Sounds interesting. This might have been a better way to do the large scale background story line if this started in 7, carried into 8, then epic resolution in 9. *shrug*

It’s important to remember the first order didn’t have a home world. The supremacy was ttheir main base and with 60 million people on board it was basically a massive city sized factory that made everything they needed. So as spread out as they are they will be easier to deal with cos presumably they have no operations base no production and a wackjob for a leader who will no doubt be terrible at leading and probably just obsessed with finding and killing Rey.

It’s in that Last Shot book. The Han spin off book a few months back.

Dom Monaghan

“[Director] J.J. [Abrams] is a friend of mine and he said to me that at some point I’d get the opportunity to read the script,” Monaghan shared with the Distraction Pieces podcast. “[He told me], ‘Just be aware of the fact that there are massive sequences in Act Two, there are massive sequences in Act Three but because we’re shooting Act One first, I’ve put you in there and you seem to not be around as much in Act Two and Act Three but that’s because that’s what we’re doing first so I want you here, I want you invested. So read the script but just know there won’t be long until there’ll be a re-draft of those things and we’ll see you a little bit more’. So I read it, and the script is amazing and obviously there isn’t a lot I can say.”

Monaghan revealed his involvement in Episode IX back in August, which was then officially confirmed on an episode of The Star Wars Show several days later.

Real possibility we’ll get something short teaser in November or December
That’s the marketing format to date.
Not a full trailer though. They’ll save that for celebration in May.

Yeah the build up is always so exciting. This is our last spin with the saga.
Hope the marketing goes full tilt next level for it.

You really think its the last saga story?

I think the main part of SW is this story. They may check that story out for years, but im sure theyll come back to it.

This feels like the end of the line. Or at least the end of the storyline that has been with me since my childhood.

If they kill Rey and Kylo, i might think like you. But there is no way in hell they are not going to come back to the Skywalkers, Yoda, Vader etc.

Its the main reason why a lot of people watch SW.
