I was sure we had a general "share playlists you've made" thread, but after a quick search I can't find it.

Here's an attempt to capture a mood I've really been into lately. A simple 12-song, 35-minute playlist of old-timey love songs, with a bit of an arc to it. Mostly jazzy ballads and standards, but with a couple oddities thrown in.

I second that Platy, we really ought to have a general purpose playlist thread so people can share whatever they're into now, or mixes they've made.

I'm in love with the Musicolet music player for Android. It's pretty standard except for one new-to-me feature: multiple queues. So say, for example, I'm listening to my entire library on shuffle: that's one queue. If I want to switch over and listen to one album straight through, it creates a second queue, and so on. When I'm done with the album I can go back to the first queue without losing my place. If that kind of shit matters to you...check it out.

Cat Power is releasing a new album...i used to be such a fan. Its been a while since i got exited because of her music...she kinda repeat herself after The Greatest but Sun was pretty amazing and different.

Still i cant seem to get hyped about this new one.

I like YZ a lot but otherwise you're right. The Slip was less than middling and the two EP's he just put out were good but then the third one was just bad. I'm sure I'll come around eventually but for now nope.
