And I love Rinzlers making of Star Wars books(thanks to you) If this is anything like as good it’ll be great. There’s a special edition of this that’s over $1000. Id love to know what comes with that one.
You got this? I’m told it’s A huge book

Well it’s by Rinzler and we know he’s great. Here’s a video blurb for the fancy edition. Which is exactly the same as the regular aside from it come in a box. It’s ours there for around €80 - 100 usually. I got mine new for €55

All my pals are into the figures and black series and helmets. My thing is the art of books and making of books and the complete locations and complete vehicles books. This one is made for me. Especially as a Falcon obsessive :)

It looks really sweet.

If I’ve never sent you the link, I found a new one for Kiminiski’s The Secret History of Star Wars. It’s a perfect complement to the Making Of... books by Rinzler.

I just learned Rinzler did a Making of Indiana Jones book, too. Add it to the list.

He recently hinted he was working on something we’re all gonna he excited for.

We might just see the making of force awakens after all.

Though tbh I don’t think we’ll see any making of books for this trilogy until after it’s finished.

And weirdly, the art of the last Jedi is pretty much a making of book. It’s got day by day breakdowns as the proper making of books have.

Let’s see.

Finished the audiobook of Solo last night. Really great fun. Expands a lot of scenes and some great extra ones not in the film. Well worth getting.

One thing about the blueprints book wease, it’s so big as to be unwieldy and will throw your book shelf OCD into chaos.

This one is also huge

THis is next. Out sept 25. Taschen!!! They do serious deep dives. 600 pages of photos from the archives. I’m on it. Expensive as all fuck but Taschen don’t fuck around.
