Teams is a way better idea. Each team has 5 or 6 games, you can't pick more than one game from the same franchise (no Zelda or Mario stacking!) and snake drafting.

Let's just have someone else do it.

tree, have you consulted with someone who has run a tourney or multiple tourneys here? It isn't exactly easy. You might want to ask some veteran tourney commissioners how they did it. Otherwise, this might be a disaster. Just some friendly advice.

The (250?) most successful franchises of all time will go at it head to head.. one on one.. winner goes on to next round until there's an ultimate champion of best franchise

we can vote on the number

apparently there's concern TRAG that mario and zelda will come out on top so just don't regard no 1 and 2 as important.. though it will be interesting to see which of those ends up no 1

think about the 3's and 4's and 5's.. that will be interesting.. where will MGS end up? How about battletoads and Ninja turtles? Think about it
