Put 13 hours in so far. It’s fun! Always something to do, but without ever feeling overwhelming. RPG story/character decisions are VERY rudimentary, but it’s still fun and satisfying to clear out fortresses and level up, and I can’t wait to go deeper into the naval combat.

Agreed. That’s why I grabbed this one - it’s sort of a spiritual sequel to Black Flag.

I'm definitely gonna play Odyssey at some point. I really like Origins and I like where this series is headed....i really figured this franchise was dead so i'm glad to see them find their footing again. It's a great concept it just suffered from the annual release schedule.

That's my problem. with RDR and Fallout 76 coming in a few weeks, i've already got the next 12 months of my gaming life booked up solid.

It really doesn’t seem that big to me, honestly. It looks like a manageable sandbox.
