When did the OU/UT game become the Red River Showdown?

Yes. Not sure when it was switched, but it was definitely within the past 10-15 years. Something about gun violence.

Georgia finally has a big boy game this week at Baton Rouge. I really hope they win, not just for the on the field stuff but my swamp people friends are already grieving me over our respective NFL products this year.
