I will confess to a bloated file of food pics on my phone intended for this thread. I don't know what's more embarrassing; the compulsion to take these photos or the fact that I don't even follow through for the thread.

Haha, same. I had some good fried chicken last night I took a picture of, but looking at the photo today, it doesn't look so appealing.

For as used and popular as it is here in the States, I really do love Frank's Red Hot sauce. It is a versatile sauce.

Absolutely. And I been using it a couple of years And only today read their site and saw what I was doing wrong.
You gotta mid it and heat it with butter to make it really work. It was amazing.
