Here's the scene: https://tvline.com/2018/08/31/better-ca ... -odenkirk/

Personally, I think Kim cries because she tricked Jimmy and did something Jimmy would never expect her to do. Kim is smart enough to write the letter so it feels very "Chuck."

After searching for this scene, apparently some fans think this too. I mean this could be used as the final blow to their relationship or kill the good in Jimmy so all that's left is Saul.

Chuck wrote the letter before all the bad shit between them went down. Maybe even around the same time frame as the opening to the last episode.

Why do you open thread if you aren’t caught up? What do you hope to discuss? All of the posts that say “spoiler”?

I don’t go into the Game of Thrones thread because I’m not caught up and I know they’re talking about it. You've not even been involved in this thread the whole season. You don’t want to see us talking about it, don’t open the thread.

Then don’t come into the thread. Why should we have to spoiler something that happened on the show 2 months ago because we don’t know what episode you’re on?

The only thing that's irresponsible is viewing a thread after an episode airs and expecting to see spoilers. RM Rule of Thumb: Once a TV episode airs, spoilers are not expected or necessary. If you are behind and don't want to be spoiled, stay out of the thread.

Lol, yea. She still needed to go somewhere to write it. They are living together, she was working from home and he was still unemployed. I think it's definitely plausible.

But does Gilligan and company ever play tricks like that on their audience?

The switching the letter idea would seem like a super cheap plot point for the show.
