BotW, GoW, MGS, and PDS aren't getting nearly the credit those games deserve. BotW, MGS, and PDS are all-time classics. Like Gaming's Mount Rushmore classics.

Goldeneye is a classic, but is unplayable by today's FPS standards. Many of you are giving this one, in particular, way too much credit.

Starcraft is an all-timer for me, especially personally, so my gut says R2D. But the more I stare at the lists, the more the strength of CT's picks come through. SMB taught so many of us how to both interact with a game world and to improvise and play the way we want. Angry Birds is a simple game, but very addictive. Borderlands 2 isn't near the top of any list I can think of (greatest shooters, greatest game of its generation, etc.) but is such a great blend of variety, depth, and fun that it's a great 10th-round pick. Going against my gut and going with what looks like the better team, CT!
