It's one of my favorites for sure. I love this city
Rank the cities.

All 19,534 of them.
I considered including the phrase “that I’ve been to” but figured that wouldn’t need clarification. I should’ve known better.

but they got the vanilliz coming again this year man!

and i agree about northwoods - it's one of their worst variants. i'm actually pretty excited for the orange and the coffee barleywine this year.

I think the Barleywine has been the most consistent over the years. I don't know if you recall last year's batch at all but all the pours I had were literally a shell of what once was, I didn't even rate my untappd check-in.

are we walking last year's regular? because I thought fresh is was really, really solid. I had a 2014 the other night though -- it's crazy how good it still was.

i'm going to their prop day this year so I should be able to test all the variants. i'm guessing bramble tastes nothing like the original and the prop is a big chocolate bomb.

Yeah last year's regular, though batch variation is probably more prevalent these days as well. I considered visiting the Philly Brewhouse my last time down but it didn't work out. Enjoy Prop Day, I haven't been to a beer-centric event like that in a while.

What can anyone around Wisconsin tell me about Untitled Art?

I’ve got Neopolitan Stout in front of me. Never seen this in Texas.

I'm trying to find a set of goblets like the one above, but all I can find are slightly taller, narrower tulip style ones. I want some of them fatties.

Hell yeah, Orph.

It’s a shame their distributor kind of sucks. At least in my area. The distributor is small enough to be able to pick and choose where their allocations go, and since they are mostly based in Austin, getting a hold of a sales rep for a weekly delivery is like pulling teeth. Then when you do, their portfolio is mostly expensive euro stuff that nobody but the heavy craft bars need on their menu because of the aforementioned allocation issue.

AZ Wilderness continues to be the best in the state, but all of their beers are $7-plus and they keep raising their food prices.

I had two beers and a veggie burger on Thursday and after tip and tax it was $37.

Probably for the best. It’s an anniversary trip anyway so I’d be giving him the cold shoulder like he was Alex while I was in Nashville.
