HELL YES, I love the original a lot. I can never decide if Kim Darby or Hailee Steinfeld were better in the role. They’re both so good!

then why don't you like the 2010 film?

They are very different in tone and look. I think the Coen one has fewer interesting themes going on, and a generally less appealing cast.

That said, the dialogue taken from the book is terrific in both. I just really don’t have any use for the remake.

Holy shit I had no idea the amputee from Scruggs was the same guy who played Dudley in the Harry Potter movies. I didn’t recognize him at all.

I love the Coen´s films...but they dont interest me as much as before. Havent seen their last two or three and i dont have any desire to.
I will see this Neflix joint they made, looks cool.

Oh and Lebowski is my fav from them.
