if I had the energy to make it, this is what I'd be eating right now
2 eggs over easy, fried ham (thin sliced), toast (or perhaps a sesame seed bagel, toasted), cranberry/grape juice (Ocean Spray 'light' variety), and coffee

so far I've only been able to muster coffee and a protein/high fiber/antioxident breakfast bar

building cafeteria - it was mostly uncooked, and had that frozen for 6 weeks taste to it.
probably the first time I got lunch here in 6 years- now i remember why.

the onion rings were pretty bad too...
