Trag and I don’t talk about music together enough, but I always nod my head in agreement when I read his posts. He posts a lot about music I like, too.

run2death and I are easily the two biggest (maybe only) Pavement fans on the board, and he’s led me to a lot of Spiral Stairs stuff I like too.

Chud and I have shared a lot of music with each other over the years

ST and I don’t talk that much anymore, but we’ve always had a solid connection though Molina, Will Johnson and any music that conjures up imagery of empty, open spaces. That kind of stuff has worked it’s way into the books I read too, so bonus there. Sorry if these typos annoy you.

My heart, musically, belongs to Malloy though. He’s my #1 musical soul brother and I miss his posts all the time.

Honorable mention goes to LV (for the darker, heavier end of my tastes), lenny (for belle and sebastian and all things twee), and and vinylguy (Sonic Youth is fucking amazing.)

Not all of it really aligns with my tastes, but I’m always wowed by what you share, and more often than not it leads me to other things that I like too.

I'd estimate approximately 35-45% compatibility tastewise with most RMers. There ought to be a test.

I think different RMers match different sides of my tastes. Through our Costello connection, KD and I have a whole world of music in common. Mike and Chewm are both into a lot of the indie-rock stuff I like (does Mike even post here anymore? Come back Mike). Contamination, Doug and Spenno on the jazz front.

Trag share a lot, specially The Breeders.
