At brunch this afternoon... my wife takes a bite of her Avocado Benedict and says... "Just so you know, I woke up thinking this, maybe I had a dream about it? ... Anyway, I want to do a full Game of Thrones rewatch."

They are really tasty, and are loaded with potassium, fiber, heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids, nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B, vitamin E, and vitamin A, and can lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Unless you dislike the taste, then not eating them is stupid.

Honestly I like them but I know so many people don’t like the texture, it’s not the taste.
