Scallion spread is definitely my go-to. I used to be a lox guy, but it’s all about the green for me now.

One bagel today, scallion spread.

One bagel today.

In other news, my local coffee shop cut ties with their donut guy so donut service has been discontinued until further notice. Not that it matters to me, as I’ve been completely donut free for months now. I only mention this because I don’t see any reason to continue the donut theme in this thread’s title. It is now a full-on bagel thread. I would still like the original donut content to be included for posterity’s sake, so mods please donut touch it.
