I think you’d find a lot to relate to in it. You should also watch The Comedy.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:yeah...i knew nothing about it until yesterdayLoathedVermin72 wrote:The Rick Alverson movie? Bad Times At El Royale.
Yeah..i mean, i appreciate the effort. I like Goddard. But this one feels like he wanted all the cool pop gimmicks together and forgot to actually make a movie. It has everything, the cool set piece, the rain, the violence, the music, and it just boring. Long and boring...the end is such a drag with Thor doing again a stupid dance in the worst moment of the whole movie.
Boring.

Incredibles 2.
Ugh!
I feel like we get a good Pixar movie about every 4th or 5th movie now.

Re: What movies are you watching?
I struggled through both. Lucy was disappointing, as it had a lot of things going for it. Didn’t expect much from P&G. But that one was worse. Wanted to skip forward in the last half hour.

Re: What movies are you watching?
Thank you. I love to read about whether or not movies are true stories. Not joking.bune wrote:FYI - it's not based on a true story so keep that in mind.
The movie is made in the most beautiful way, and the acting is second to none. Funny as well. Story is a all over the place though, and pulls it down from a top rating. Still got 20 minutes left.
